You want to focus more on shaping and executing your organization’s mission, and spend less time on making investment decisions and managing your portfolio.
North American Management serves institutions, including family foundations and endowments, whose focus on preserving and growing the assets entrusted to them requires an experienced partner.
With nearly 90 years of investment experience, we can provide a perspective that is informed by a long-term horizon, access to thought leadership from world-class managers, and thorough research. We can work with your organization in several ways:
- Offering seven strategies whose performance over multiple market cycles is driven by a disciplined investment process and a collegial, respectful, and collaborative culture. Now offering four new ESG investment strategies.
- Serving as a consultant when you seek to improve the risk-reward profile of your portfolios.
- Advising you on setting and pursuing long-term financial goals, and helping to define, refine, and expand your mission.

INSTITUTIONAL ASSET MANAGEMENT FEES
|Asset-based Fee (per annum)||Investable Assets|
|0.85%||First $3 to $5 million|
|0.60%||Next $5 million|
|0.50%||Next $10 million|
|0.25%||Over $20 million|
Fees are payable in advance on a calendar quarter basis, based on the market value of account assets as of the last day of the previous quarter. North American Management reserves the right to negotiate wealth management fee arrangements with prospective and existing clients. All fees for clients with managed assets over $10 million are typically negotiated. When we invest in mutual funds, exchange traded funds and other outside investment managers, these assets are included in determining the value of the account for the purpose of calculating our management fees. These same assets are subject to additional advisory and other fees and expenses, thus clients pay fees to both North American Management and the fund/outside manager.
