Bud plays a key role at North American Management as the head of the firm’s wealth management practice and the firm’s CFO. Leadership is familiar to Bud; he served in the US Navy as an aviator and retired from the Naval Reserves with the rank of Commander. Bud began his career with Merrill Lynch, then joined Alexander Grant & Co. Bud then established his own practice concentrated on financial and tax planning for individuals, small corporations, trusts and estates, working with North American Management as a client, and later joined the firm as a team member.
Bud is an active member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs. He has served on the Federal Tax Committee of the Massachusetts Society. Bud is a member of the Personal Financial Planning Division of the American Institute of CPAs and is an Accredited Personal Financial Specialist. Bud has an MS from Bentley College and an MBA from Boston University.
